Turkey is taking tougher stance on syria

"If Davutoğlu is to deliver a decisive message to Syria, he will hear more decisive reply regarding the Turkish stance which failed to condemn the brutal killing and crimes committed by the armed terrorist groups against the civilians, military and police members until now,” Shaaban was quoted as saying by the Syrian state-run Sana news agency on Sunday.

Turkey can paly a positive role in afghanistan

Since the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 by US led NATO forces Turkey is playing a key role in the war.The invasion was directed at driving out the taliban from power and to eliminate the safe heavens of Al qaida. The taliban has been formally ousted from Kabul by the northern alliance  just after the invasion, but still it is not formally defeated.Taliban is still strong in southern part of Afghanistan. The number of casualties for the coalition army is increasing year by year.

So the result is that even after spending so much money and offering so much lives Taliban is still active in Afghanistan. They even have very good chance to return to the power in Kabul after NATO forces withdraws from Afghanistan
.UK prime minister has already declared that after 2011 his troops will from afghanistan. Most of the other countries will withdraw its troops in the next 1-2 years. So the NATO alliance have failed to beat the Taliban and al qaida militarily.

Wikileaks reveals the distrust between turkey and western world

The rumor from different corners of Europe is proved  true after the disclosure of wikileaks cables.Almost all the European leaders have opposed the full membership of turkey in EU.The pope have also joined the race.French,German, and italian leaders have opposed only because it is a Muslim  majority country.
USA  have so much distrust about turkey that it believes turkey allowed weapons flow to al -qaida.

now we can share some of cables published in wikileaks about turkey.

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, who had publicly endorsed "fair negotiations" on Turkey joining the European Union, was privately opposed to the Muslim nation getting the full membership of the 27-nation bloc, according to leaked secret US embassy documents.

The pope is responsible for the Vatican's growing hostility towards Turkey joining the EU, according to previously secret cables.

January 2010 – US’ Embassy analysis claims Turkey is becoming more focused on the Islamist world and its Muslim tradition in its foreign policy. Yet it does not want to abandon its traditional Western orientation and willingness to cooperate with the US. Turkey is trying to “post-modernize” itself. One major area of AKP effort has been to resolve problems with Turkey’s immediate “near abroad.” This effort stands in contrast with the “traditional” Turkish policy of letting these frozen conflicts fester, and is much more compatible with US and European interests. The signature accomplishment of this policy is the wooing of Syria. The AKP’s “Neo Ottomanism”concept claims that the Balkans, Caucasus, and Middle East were all better off when under Ottoman control or influence; peace and progress prevailed. This is in part what drives Turkey to re-establish itself as a leader in the Middle East.

Erdogan:a leader for the muslims around the world

This man from turkey does not believe in words like most of the arab leaders but deeds. He is vocal in every where  from gaza to pakistan and darfur to lebanon. After gaza was invaded by the Isareali forces in the name of operation cast lead he was possibly the only  muslim leader whose deed make the israeli leadership felt that they lost more than they gained  in the war.He is outspoken when israel claims that jewish people are the sole owner of Jerusalem. when Pakistan was faced by the worst flood in its history turkey was first there to help.Coming from a strictly secular country erdogan faced numerous challenges from the secular military and judicial elites of the country.Despite all these obstacles he never gave up his duty towards the muslim world. He was against the long time friends of turkey  when they imposed sanction on Iran. Now we share some comments of Erdogan in the recent times
    pakistan
We love you and I believe you love us. Pakistan... did not abandon us after the 1999 earthquake.”

“Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, Afghanistan have common future.”

“US was supporting some common enemies of Pakistan and Turkey.”

  israel and lebenon
“We will say this strongly in the face of the murderers, yes, your are murderers. Trust fully that we will raise our voices high against the tyranny, and continue to defend what’s right as long as there are people working in piracy on the high seas; and we will defend the rights of the innocent and oppressed.”

rachel's tomb

Al- Aksa Mosque, the cave of patriach and Rachel’s Tomb “were not and never will be Jewish sites, but Islamic sites.”

gaza war

Unfortunately, images of brutality that have been shown on televisions around the world in live broadcasts for two weeks and have reached almost every house in the world have not been sufficient for the international community to take a joint stance,"

The targeting of schools, hospitals, mosques, ambulances and infrastructure, and firing on facilities belonging to the United Nations and humanitarian convoys have not been sufficient to move consciences. All of humanity is watching this merciless massacre as if it were watching a movie,"

Gaza flotilla raid
"How can we forget the air and sea attacks against Turkish-flagged ship carrying passengers around the world seeking to help other people?"

Darfur conflict
“We should not confuse Gaza with Darfur.  In Gaza, 1,500 people were killed. If something like that happens in Darfur, we will follow up on the issue all the way to the end as well. I cannot discuss such issues openly with Netanyahu but I can discuss them with Omar al-Bashir. I can say, ‘What you are doing is wrong,’ I can say it to his face. A [genuine] Muslim cannot commit genocide. If there is something to this, it is impossible to overlook it. We would say that as well. We would say, ‘You cannot do this, you have no right.’
